Coco-Berry Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 an avocado

  • 2 heaping tbs [aflink u="http://amzn.to/1nLzhpJ"]raw cacao powder[/aflink]
  • 1 tbs [aflink u="http://amzn.to/1kuoPPL"]chia seeds[/aflink]
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup full fat[aflink u="http://amzn.to/1pPxVXL"] coconut milk[/aflink]
  • 1 cup [aflink u="http://amzn.to/1mOHswg"]coconut water[/aflink]
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

Add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth! Enjoy!
