Lemon Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 Tbs. [aflink u="http://amzn.to/1nAaSVg"]olive oil[/aflink]
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Steak seasoning, to taste ([aflink u="http://amzn.to/1WXLt4a"]I used this one[/aflink])

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Prepare your Brussels sprouts by cutting off the stems and halving them. Toss them with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and steak seasoning.
  3. Lay them out on the parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and serve!
