Papaya Sunrise Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Caribbean papaya, seeds removed
  • 4 strawberries, washed and stems removed
  • 4 kale leaves, washed de-ribbed and chopped
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Scoop your papaya out with a spoon, separating the meat from the flesh.
  2. Add the meat into the blender along with all of your other ingredients.
  3. Blend on high until everything has come together and is smooth.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
