I’m super excited to be teaming up with Minted today! For those of you who haven’t been formally introduced to Minted, I suggest you head on over to the site to check it out. They work with independent artists and graphic designers to create some of the cutest invitations, stationary, holiday cards and art prints that I’ve seen on the interwebs. No joke. As of recently, they even added Save The Dates to their repertoire! The cool thing about their site is that their designs are highly customizable, so within minutes, you could create something that is stylish and professional-looking and perfect for your special occasion.Confession: I spent a lot of today messing around with different designs on their site. Perhaps it got slightly out of hand. You don’t look surprised. That’s fine. You’ve come to expect things to get a little bit weird, and I appreciate you sticking around despite it all.
Since the Save the Date collection is new, I decided to try my hand at a few designs. But, being as I’m already married, these Save the Dates turned into Unsave the Dates. Still, it will give you an idea of what Minted is capable of. The designs really are cute. I started getting a bit of Save the Date envy. I wish I had known about Minted when I designed my own haphazard Save the Dates, which can best be described as a kind of cute, Photoshop hack job.
Here’s a few of my Unsave the Dates that I was toying with:
I should still totally order these and send these out, so people would feel obligated to send us Anniversary gifts. Just kidding, kind of. Regardless of my intentions, the wood grain design looks supes cute. I dig it. It totally makes the cut. Get it?
This sweet design is simple and classic. It’s also truthful, I can hear my washing machine from here. Also, check out that sweet chicken. No big deal.
Like I mentioned, you can customize almost every aspect of these to really make it your own. I’m really happy with this one. It let me give you a high five. Also, yes, that description of my wedding is wholly accurate. Unless you work at Men’s Wearhouse and received a batch of sticky Groomsmen tux returns, then I have no idea what you’re talking about. No comment.
Now this is when things truly took a turn.
Is this a wedding invitation between me and my golden retriever? Yeah. Did you just hit the unsubscribe button from my webpage? Maybe. I’m sorry. Except I’m kind of not sorry. Love is limitless. We’re registered at Petco and Pottery Barn.
After creating my Unsave the Dates and my inter-species, loud and proud dogvitation, I continued exploring Minted for practical Valentine’s gifts. Here are some ideas that I really love. They allow you to customize your own journals and being as my husband is a writer, I thought that was really neat. The other two are art prints that caught my eye and tie nicely into the romantic undertones of the holiday. Check it:

I would make a personalized calendar! 🙂 Thanks for the chance to win!
I’m not that familiar with minted.com. I think I’d like to design a new business card or logo for our home business. Not yet sure whether they can help me!
I wanna win!!!

Loving the Floral Redux Journal in Burnt Orange, with the matching stationary. Would love to spend a credit on that!
