Raw Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites {Posting over at The Kitchn}

Cookie dough: quite possibly one of the most tempting foods to ever grace this earth. I mean, amiright?
I’m over on The Kitchn this week and we’re talking siren songs, lame metabolic changes, Dawson’s Creek (couldn’t help myself) , and how I made cookie dough into a legitimate snack food. I also give you the secret to pigging out on cookie dough the healthy way with a recipe for these here raw bites. That’s right. They’re vegan, gluten-free and totally raw. I mean… let’s do this. […]

Maple + Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

I’ve caught the meal prepping bug.

My work from home lifestyle is great on so many levels, but I find that it’s SO easy to forget to eat lunch. This isn’t good. Hanger isn’t cute, especially my hanger. It’s usually outfitted with a scowl and tears. This is not the face that my husband likes to come home to. Ol’ Scowly Tears. No. I do not like that nickname. Let’s prevent that from becoming a thing. Thai Style Roasted Cauliflower Steaks {Guest Post From The Pig & Quill}

Bonus points to anyone who read that in the voice of Wakko. Like, the Animaniac who packs away the snacks. Like, Helllooooo Nurse! Am I dating myself with that reference? Why, no, actually, I’m married, but I do believe one truly has to know oneself before settling down with someone else. […]

How’s everyone’s week going? It’s totally almost Friday, which means there’s an impending weekend, which totally calls for things like scones and tea and naps. That sounds idyllic right about now. All the wild things one does during their Saturday afternoon. Hmmm… maybe I’ve lost my edge. Oh, well. 😉  […]
